Job Summary:
The Technical Facility Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and safety of all technical and facility-related services across the campus. This role ensures smooth functioning of infrastructure, utilities, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety standards and optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hard services including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, DG sets, STP/WTP, elevators, and building maintenance.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage vendor coordination, AMC contracts, and service providers.
• Handle breakdown management and emergency response situations.
• Monitor energy consumption, utilities, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and maintenance logs.
• Supervise facility technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Coordinate with administration and management for infrastructure upgrades and projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or related field).
• Proven experience in facility management or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
